As a Chartered Coaching Psychologist with extensive coaching and change management expertise, I am driven to help people and organisations better define and achieve their professional goals

Prior to becoming a Change Coach and Consultant, I held several senior leadership and management roles in Human Resources. I am an advocate for positive change in the workplace, have a unique profile with diverse, international experience, and an academic background in gender studies, anthropology and psychology.

 I am an Italian-Australian based in Europe for almost 2 decades with an international portfolio of clients, most often working in a virtual setting, flexible to meet the needs of a global client base.
