As a coach, I work with individual clients and organisations in the areas of leadership, careers and well-being.
I offer goal orientated coaching to improve performance, and facilitate individual and organisational change. The approach I promote rests on a solid foundation of evidence-based applied psychology and change management tools.
My qualifications include a Masters in Psychology and Meyler Campbell Mastered Coaching programme with accreditation from the Association for Coaching. I am also a certified Facet5 personality model practitioner.
With over 18 years in HR for a global organisation, I have held leadership and senior management roles across the HR function, and have extensive experience from HR strategy to operations.
My areas of expertise include people development - talent management and learning & development, culture change - diversity & inclusion, employee engagement, communications. I am also experienced in other domains such as compensation & benefits and HR architecture, enabling me to bring a holistic approach to change management.
Notably, I also have extensive project management experience in HR organisation and governance. I am accredited in project management and also trained in Creative Problem Solving, Design Thinking and Lean methodologies.
